What You’ll Do
You’ll be a solid influence in helping Touchpoints develop a connected, thoughtful, happy team focused on a big mission to help local businesses. With your caring and intuition you’ll discover and learn how to effectively build a harmonious team. You’ll communicate empathetically, strategically and kindly with all candidates throughout their application process.
In your interactions with candidates, you will utilize similar characteristics as a curious and empathic therapist - you will need to engage in dynamic conversations to gain a deep understanding of the candidate, what they are looking for, what they can bring to our company, what we can do for them, and how strong a fit are we for each other.
This role might suit someone that’s done a lot of interviewing of any type. It might also work well for a performer or actor that can be very down to earth and genuine. Maybe a therapist or caring helper as well. We’re not sure as there’s no ticking the boxes here - it will be unique to the person
Who You’ll Work With
You will be working closely with our training and people on learning the natural hardwiring of a role and learning how to spot the candidates that will truly thrive in each role. We do all we can to find the right role for the person and the right person for the role. We know it’s got to be a genuine two-way harmony for someone to really enjoy their work and for the work to really flourish.

This role you can do from the islands, the mountains, the city, the country. We are a 100% remote company. Keep in mind you are interviewing so it’s preferred if you are close to the EST time zone. Design your life and have total flexibility.

This is a part time hourly position.
