Digital Content Designer/Production Specialist

The Role

We’re seeking a Digital Content Specialist who enjoys taking the pieces of a project and bringing them together accurately and professionally.

Our clients provide materials such as images, videos, written content, brand colors, fonts, and other requirements. Using our software, templates, established processes, and examples, you’ll turn those materials into polished digital content such as landing pages, digital forms, brochures, content cards, and marketing automation workflows.

You’ll spend much of your time working independently at your computer, following established processes and completing projects from beginning to end. Strong attention to detail is important. You should also have good visual judgment and be able to recognize when content looks polished, organized, readable, and consistent with a client's brand.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience with CRM tools, email marketing software, website builders, content management systems, or similar digital platforms is a plus, but not required.

You should be comfortable learning and working inside online software and content-building tools.

Experience with AI is also a plus. You will learn how we use AI tools and chatbot prompting as part of this role.

Position Details

This position starts part-time at approximately 15–20 hours per week. The work schedule is flexible and can accommodate classes, evenings, or weekends.

There is potential for the position to grow into a full-time opportunity if that aligns with your goals.

This is an independent contractor position.
